Refund policy

Please understand, under any circumstance, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

NO-SHOWS
Refunds are not made for any missed service. Ahuehuete does not offer refunds for those who purchase prepaid reservations but are unable to attend.

TRANSFER YOUR RESERVATION

Prepaid reservations for Ahuehuete Collection Room visits are transferable. If you wish forward your reservation, a written request by the client who submitted the original reservation must be sent to hola@ahuehuete.co with adequate notice before the start of the activity.

LATE ARRIVAL

Understand that punctuality is important. We can not wait because you are running late and stuck in traffic. The posted meeting spot and starting times are strictly observed. Prepaid reservations can not be used for future outings because of the inability to arrive on time.

CANCELATIONS

All private visits ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Reschedules for a later date may be available. See below for our rescheduling criteria.

RESCHEDULES

If you are unable to make it to your booked private visit, a one-time reschedule may be available if the date is open in our calendar.

Please consult date availability first to secure your new date. All reschedules need to be made in writing and confirmed by the Ahuehuete team by email.

Private booking reschedules requests made within:

  • 30 days or more from a scheduled visit can be switched to a different available date.

  • 30 days or less from a scheduled visit are unable to be switched to a different date.
